My guess is a Lifan 200 or 250. It is a Chinese single cylinder that is starting to get a small following here in the states.
Yeah it said "200III" on the side. Funny, I've got a Lifan 150cc motor in my mini-motard. (SikkMX 125 with motor swap) Kinda weak for a 150, but it does ok.
