I've been wanting to walk up there... is the trail decent? Can you go up into the tower?
Yeah the trail is paved, but you can't any higher than the circular platform you see here. There is a locked hatch at the top of the spiral stairs. The circular platform is plenty high though. ;)
I think Look Rock is one of the best kept secrets around the Park. A short easy hike and spectacular views.
