Handlebars below the gas tank, bicycle pedals for the feet, and the seat is even tilted forward. Not shown is a chin pad on the gas tank to rest your head on.

sweet old knuckle
1937 knuckle - Joe Petrali set a land speed record at Daytona Beach of 136 mph but had to strip the aero fairings off the bike because it was too unstable with them on.
