The dog situation was interesting there...

They were pretty much acceptable in most restaurants, since you couldn't just leave them outside on the sidewalks with all of the people and possible theft. The dogs also had to just do their business on concrete, and the owner had to clean it up, since there is so little grass. Buddy and Max would probably just explode without grass.
