Looks like an older Mercedes G Wagon with a PUCH logo on it.

Steyr Daimler Puch of Austria was the actual builder of the Mercedes G-Wagon, and ended up making the vehicle under their own nameplate - as seen here. A far cry from the plush new MB SUVs, the G-Wagons were real workhorses.
