It's too bad the swingarm and rear diffs are cracking and causing the back tire to lock up. Suzuki really built a lemon with this one.

Ooooo Didn't know that. I think the M109R's engine is almost a direct knock off of the VTX 1800 except Zuki made some changes to allow more HP. (larger bore, shorter stroke) The outside looks very similar.
If I was looking for a solo cruiser I would have considered one.
Yeah, I had one and it was a GIANT POS.
Frayed clutch cable in 1000 miles, rear rotor loose, bent shift forks, coolant leak (no fuel though, thank god) I kept reading about all the final drives exploding, so I got rid of it.
And Suzuki built a DOHC, 4V twin versus Hondas SOHC 3V.
It was a cool bike... when it worked.
