Funny how the Police State is blind to this. Today I lived a 3-hour trial in fed court for the crime of (allegedly) crossing a yellow line. Got the ranger to admit on the stand that he routinely passes vehicles on the yellow line. Hell of a battle, catching the cop admitting to illegal u-turn, speeding at 90 mph, passing on a yellow line (no lights and siren) destruction of evidence and perjury, so I aked the judge to arrest him in court. I even asked him under oath, "Have you ever told a lie?" Magistrate made him answer the trick question. We'll see how the appellate courts like the magistrate violating every rule of court and law of the land. "Losing" in a trial court is the only way to win a precedent in the appellate courts. Ranger testilied that he eyewitnessed the "crime", when he told me that he didn't - that's why he deleted all audio from the censored videotape. Free tip: always put new batteries in your hidden audio recorder every January 1st, and never turn off your videocam when a cop gives you an illegal order. I didn't have the guts to enter as evidence my Dragon vs Trucks video, plus my computer crashed twice the night before while burning a DVD for court, which was probably just as well. The trial transcript will show a long discussion on the exceptions to prohibition for crossing a yellow line.
