Those big disc brakes are definitely not factory-issue! Nice bike.

That is a 1950 Vincent Rapide 1000cc v-twin. The brakes are GSXR or BUSA the rotors are 320 mm EBC's full floaters on a stock Vincent hub. I made adaptors out of 6061 alum.and the caliper brackets out of 4130 steel. You can drop the hole assembly buy pulling out the axel/tommybar. We had a Vincent rally last week end at Tapaco lodge. The bike ran great all weekend until the tire went away still plenty of tread in the center though. Sam M. VA.
