Since I'm known to preach a bit... 2 things DON"T belong in the bed of pick-ups. #1 Kids, a friend of my Moms, years ago, returning from the river hit a bump, it bounced his son out of the bed of the truck, the boat they was pulling ran over him and killed him... #2 Dogs- self explanatory, my wife is a vet-tech, their most major customers are truck jumpers in the summer...

Do you mean in that empty space between the seat and the steering wheel? If not and you're being sarcastic, to each their own, but, most don't realize what little of a bump it takes, and their kid or beloved pet, is on the pavement in a split second.
