Is this normal for people to be on the wrong side at a blind turn?
Nah not to this degree, but a lot of people have a hard time staying in their lane on left-handers...both cars and bikes. Bikes tend to keep their tires on their side, but the body/head leans across the center.
People like this idot are why motorcylists get killed...I hope he reads these and realizes his car is not a dragon slayer and he needs to quit thinking he owns the road in it.
