I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't have a preference either way. It doesn't bother me if someone chooses to put their own life in jeopardy, so long as it doesn't endanger anyone else. The government shouldn't have to tell you to wear a helmet, that should be basic common sense and self preservation.

I totally agree with you Tyler. Now for the rest, maybe this will help, all the scratches had I not had this lid on.....No it wasn't my fault, a lady on the opposite side of the highway lost control, hit the car right next to me head-on, taking us all out.

I oppose excessive government regulation and support the right to choose, I just wish everybody would choose to wear all their protective gear. Since that isn't going to happen, I have relaxed my stance against regulation regarding this issue.

Well I can say that i wish everyone would wear a helment law or not. Just this past friday a good friend and certifed motor patrol deputy had a low speed(15-20 mph) crash with no injuries to any part of his body other then his head. As of right now he is brain dead and his family is trying to make the decision to take him off life support or not.
