We saw some of the worst driving/riding last weekend that we've seen all year. You guys are practically begging for the police to come crack down on all of us. Thanks.

O this is classic. In the not so far future we'll all gather to talk about how fun the Dragon was. Until asshats like this closed it down.
It's a public road, they won't close it down... what you WILL see is a constant and overwhelming police presence enforcing a zero-tolerance policy on anyone going over the 30 mph limit etc to the point that no one will operate a vehicle on the dragon except maybe the big rigs and this minivan right here.
Florida plates on both.
318 miles and 11 turns, and they still have a lot of crashes.
Ya know...if I didn't know better I'd think it'd be a good time to start seeking volunteers to dish out beatings for behavior like this. But that would be wrong...right?
Most of us weren't there so we don't really know, but
1. Assuming the Subaru had followed the Minivan for some time, the Honda should have pulled over.
2. The Subaru driver (the idiot) clearly has a death wish and given the opportunity we should point him to a nearby cliff so that he doesn't take anyone else with him.
Thanks BlackGSR! That's all we could ask of ya, and it's a lot more than most people can bring themselves to admit. I guess sometimes it takes an outside perspective to really see how dangerous we ALL can be.
Sucks we had to make an example of ya, but hopefully it will raise awareness out there and prevent at least one accident, maybe more.
Y'all take it easy on the guy from here on out...he owned up and we don't want to discourage others from doing the same.
Darryl,
In the past you've questioned if you should post photos of incidents / bad driving like this one. If you will review the complete message stream I think you see how your efforts have made a difference here. Thanks! Keep up the good work.
Black GSR,you should be commended for putting yourself out there and owning up to this. Your post is the one I look for each time killboy puts up a photo of someone getting a little out there and I rarely see it. What you said was well received and I believe you're the type I'd like to ride the Dragon with. You're okay with me and I hope you get a million and a half miles out of that little car...
