An ex-racer would probably be wearing more gear.
If this is the guy from Connecticut, yep, he could ride. I've ridden around quite a few 'Busas at The Gap over the last few years. I have never ridden with anyone as quick through The Gap on a 'Busa as this guy.
Great riding for his first ever weekend at The Gap.
FWIW, he did not use both sides of the road.
He and his buddy were nice guys.
Hope to see them back next year.
To clarify a little, I'm not saying that he can't ride, just that an ex-racer would probably have leathers etc. and be using them in this situation.
