Weekly Update - July 26, 2006

So last weekend was pretty nice...weather was a little menacing Saturday, but it never really rained. Sunday was almost zen-like...the cool breeze and breaking clouds couldn't help but put you in a good mood. Traffic was pretty low Friday and Saturday, picking up a bit on Sunday. It was a good weekend to ride or drive for sure.

This weekend is the big annual Miata rally. Expect 200-300 of the little roadsters to be spread out all over the area. Many are really tricked out custom jobs, so check them out if you're around. As a group they tend to share the road with respect for other enthusiasts, which should be encouraged, so feel free to show some gratitude with a simple wave if you appreciate that type of thing.
