I was behind him from Tabcat until I passed him just past the overlook. Ugly, ugly driving. Sliding every corner (and not even moving at a good clip), slinging gravel, cutting the double yellow, and on and on... I noticed that his tag was from my home county in FL - embarrassing.
I saw him parked at the resort after I finished my run. Glad I wasn't stuck behind him. :-P
Idiot!
I sincerely hope that this driver (?) will read these comments and chose to stay off the Dragon / Cherohala. Folks like him are giving all of us a bad name, and we already have more attention that we want or need.
