Guys,
That's a long-haired 5'3" dude! You can tell by the keychain connecting the wallet to the belt.
I don't know codythacker, looks like a bulge in the upper chest region. Besides, a chick can have a chain too...just makes em' look tougher.
If you zoom in on the face, it looks like a set of round glasses and a mustache under that helmet.
The bulge can just be the cut of the jacket or it is partially open.
