Eh, I think I'll just use this other lane over here....doesn't matter to me if it's illegal and I could kill somebody....
Volunteer escorts need to start making citizen's arrests, or bill accordingly.
Under TN Code, all traffic crimes are criminal misdemeanors subject to 30 days jail.
Citations in lieu of arrest are only allowed for police.
