How did they tag that thing?
If it is tagged as a car, which it is not, it needs to have windsheild wipers. If tagged as a bike, they need helmets (by TN law), which they have not.
Also, for either way above, It Needs DOT approved tires, which it don't. And working Head and brake lights. Turn signals can be performed by hand.
Dangling seat belts too
Side x sides only require windshield, blinkers and a mirror to be tagged.
Tagged as a MSV (medium speed vehicle)
No DOT tires, wipers or helmet required.
35 MPH or less roads only tho.
