This is what $5,000,000 worth of cars looks like.

And it only takes the three beaters seen here. (Yes these rolled through today)

First up we have the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport roadster...

Followed by the new Ferrari 458 Italia...

And last but the opposite of least, Bugatti Veyron SuperSport.  If you look closely you can see the carbon fiber weave through the blue clearcoat.

Impressive. If I had that kind of money, I'd be doing the same damn thing!

Oh how I wish I'd known this ahead of time. Probably the only chance I'd ever have to see a Bugatti.

What state were these cars plated for? I can't imagine this kind of money being in the east Tennessee area. Maybe for one Veyron but not buddies that have the cash to buy them and go road tripping together like their 7 figure cars are Harleys. Great shots of great cars. I would have wrecked my bike if I had been riding through and these passed me.

Wow. Just Wow.

Amazing sight and all of them in their own lanes! The 458 looks close to the line but I'll grace him for it!

They had Virginia "Manufacturer HQ" plates. The driver of the Super Sport was the CEO of Bugatti, one of the others was a pro race car driver, not sure who though. Apparently they are looking for a venue to hold a gathering for super exotic owners, and need a place with a secure fenced parking area and armed guards. Anybody out there got guns?

Oh, and yeah they were actually crushing the typical notion that the more expensive the car, the worse the driver.

The Ferrari belongs to Alan Jones of Cleveland TN. He has a serious car collection. The rumor is he is considering ordering a new Bugatti, so Bugatti brought these 2 cars down for him to "check out." They were parked outside his restaurant last night. The Blue car is an SS model - which if you watch Top Gear UK you know is the new fastest production car in the world. It has like 1200 HP. That particular car was displayed at Pebble Beach and Barrett Jackson Arizona. The white roadster is the one you see in all the magazines, so basically they brought their press cars for him to look at.

The Bugatti was badass on Top Gear with The Stig at the wheel. So wicked when that air brake pops up.The sound was very distintive i'm sure of that!Wish I was there.

Not really more expensive the car, the worse the driver, this is a Bugatti factory test drive. He is one of the most dominate racers in america.

There's a Ferrari there?

Alan Jones owns a high interest check cashing company, too! Has a large collection of Hemi engined muscle cars. At Barrett-Jackson he's the one always wearing the orange Tennessee Vols cap.

So out of reach, uninteresting.

Just me.

These cars are all made of unobtanium.. the rarest of all materials. lol

I was there Saturday and looked them over quite well. The SS will set you back 2.3mil and had condensation inside one of the rear tail lights.

The white one supposedly belongs to Butch Leitzinger but that one also had a manufacturer's tag so not sure about that claim.

RC 51,
You are not alone. I will admit that I am not a car guy. I can't talk to the handling of these spicific cars, but I have seen better looking ones, much, much cheaper. I like the look of the Ferrari, not the Bugatti.
If I had 2.3 million to spend I would have a new F250 Turbo Diesel and have enough left over to have one hell of a weekend the rest of my life.

Some people have more money than sense.

Take a look at the other pictures. All that money and they *still* can't keep the whole car on their side of the double yellow.

Isn't that a teenager driving that Ferrari? WTF is wrong with the world?

Oh look, The Stig...
