I hate to be a safety nut but she's too pretty to not have a helmet on.
I'd feel real bad if I had a passenger get killed while I had a helmet on.
I've done my squid time in shorts and no gloves back in the day to be fair, but always worn a helmet and at least timberlands over the ankle even then.
