Not a drone, it's a navigational trainer / VIP transport.
It's a T-1 Jayhawk which is used for Undergraduate Pilot Training. They're used for student pilots that will move onto Cargo/Tanker aircraft after graduating UPT. It would most likely be from Columbus AFB, MS.
Windows are just a little higher up on the fuselage than you see on a commercial jet.
