If you are out for a "spirited" ride whilst filming your own heroics and get pulled over,
can the fuzz confiscate said film and use it against you if you contest your ticket in court?
Does anyone know the deal on that?

I remember something from years back they did that to a guy in his F-40 or something that recorded himself going like 180. Had a camera on the speedo, and one out the window. And they used it against him. Was on TV show about the dumbest drivers or something like.
