It could be the angle, but are they in their lane? Just looks like he has good reason to be grabbing his head.
If they're in their own lane, then fine... I'll take two for asking.
There are no road markings/lines for a section of this turn, so it can be confusing. I'd say they're in their lane, but it's hard to say for sure.
