Actually that is a standard Grand National. The GNX's get black mesh wheels with polished lips, and special badges.

Also....... the GNX has an intercooler that made it the fastest production car built in America for it's day... even the corvette
also... has fender flares and fender vents and 275hp.
Either way, Grand Nationals are some of the sweetest factory hot rods built in the 1980s.
