Jacked-up-camera Jack here. I'd like to thank two Canons, the manufacturer....... and Darryl for taking care of me last week while I was out of commission.
I shot the "Lee Parks: Total Control Advanced Riding Clinic" on Saturday and had the privilege of sitting in on some classes. Lee has a different approach than your typical riding clinic.... and I was digging it. His background as a test rider is reflected in his teachings as he put the smackdown on some serious riding knowledge. He just doesn't say "do it this way", he tells you "why". He has managed to break down the technical smörgåsbord into good plain yappin. I think I even understood it and everybody knows my ducks don't line up. I personally liked the session on the psychology of riding and how it effects your skills when you're cutting up the twisties. This is not a track day, so if you're driving to the clinic staring at your truckbed full of 105 octane racing fuel, you're going to be leaving the clinic staring at your truckbed full of 105 octane racing fuel. The field portion of the class was in a large parking lot and it was completely sufficient. This is practical, hands-on knowledge taught by Lee and his team of experienced instructors. Not for beginners, but next level and up will enjoy this clinic.

My thanks to all the instructors and the students for making it a fun day.
