I can't imagine area law enforcement would let this slide...
They look like two dogs that got stuck together doing the nasty!
Just my two sense but she is the passenger so I guess as long as she doesn't interfere with the vision of the driver all is good. Uh, and she aint gotta wear a seat belt...heh.
