Weekly Update - August 21, 2008

Took a while to finish the update this week, sorry about that. Yesterday was Lori's birthday, so we had a little party up at the overlook last night for her.

Last weekend was really nice, and somewhat busy. A handful of car groups were out mixing it up with bikes. Police were watching over things, as they have been all season, but we didn't hear of any drama.

This weekend is the Women's Sportbike Rally at Fontana Village. Let's hope the hurricane doesn't soak things too bad around here.
