But not before a few more had already gone down.

The thing about an oil spill on the road - you think you could see it, but when it first goes down, it's clear and hard to spot. It takes a few minutes to soak in and turn dark.

Did the Subaru in this one wreck??

This looks like a pretty big spill from ones I have previously seen.

No the Subaru was not involved that I know of...he's the same lane crossing genius from the shot above. My friend Mike said he spoke to him about his driving just before this photo was taken, so I was going to let it go and not mention anything, but he got behind me on the way down after this shot was taken and was all over the road trying to show off or something I guess...it was a disgrace to WRX owners everywhere unfortunately. Maybe seeing himself the way everyone else sees him will get the point across.

yeah thats my friend ..... that i lectured for about 15 minutes!!! i informed him that even though hes "having fun" that hes putting people at risk of going through the same crap he just went through this whole past year! i made it clear to him that he needs to keep it in the lines becuz it could be his own friends (including me) that he injures or kills.

Did you guys chase this van down? Seriously...not cool! I'd be all over the police with their plates.

We had two out of state riders crash on Hwy 64 outside Highlands because of the same crap! (One from Flordia, the other Penn.) Some ass was dropping oil in every right hand turn for at least 10 miles. I saw a guy in front of me wipeout; slowed enough and avoided the oil, but the guy behind me was toast. :(

Crash gear and bars helped, but still...people who don't maintain their vehicles should be punished accordingly!

Like the WRX driver would care. We lost 6 kids in two WRX wrecks last year. One of 'em doing a 140mph drift in a 40mph zone, lost it and took out a Mercury Sable and a phone pole, the 4 kids died on the spot and the seniors are just getting around to walking again.
