Maybe they can pass legislation requiring all drivers to at least pass an IQ test before allowing them to drive on this road. Then we wouldn't have to worry about jerks like this on the dragon.
He's obviously got bad taste to start with a V6 camaro and his hat on backwards. Driving in his lane isn't cool either....
