Just got off the phone with Jackie at USA Truck, I gave her the links to killboy.com showing the semi and the resulting crash damage to Kris's S2000. She was going to email the links to Heath Conley (who I believe is head of 'Risk Management').
Jackie's number is (800) 643-2530-ask that you want to report a drivers behavior and the call gets routed to her.

I also called USA Truck today and spoke with a lady in the Risk Management department. She was very receptive to what I had to say about the road and the dangers of semi-trucks. It probably helped that I prefaced what I had to say by saying that I wasn't calling to be mad at her. Hopefully her superiors will take our concerns seriously. It's a lot cheaper for a trucker to go a couple hours out of his way to deliver goods than it is for the trucking company to replace someone's vehicle and face a possible lawsuit.
