So, that's why it's so important that those MC license plates be mounted correctly!! Duh.
repost:
"Todays daily was delayed because I was on the phone with USA Truck's head office for some time. Seems some new routes send their trucks through the Dragon, but that was quickly stopped once they saw the image of the road from 10K feet. It was a pretty interesting call actually, and the folks at USA Truck were all very understanding of the situation. Some of the noises heard through the phone when they saw the satellite shot of the road were pretty funny too. If you dont know of what I am talking, check out this weeks update from www.killboy.com Thanks for all you and your crew do for and on the Dragon Killboy."

That call was after the head-on collision. Did the trucker get a ticket for "reckless driving" ie "failure to maintain lane", vehicular assault or criminal negligence? Was he arrested and his truck impounded? Or is that law only for bikers? Will USA Trucking be sued for negligence in their dispatching? (Hint: That would spread the message FAST to other trucking companies)
If truckers want to drive the Dragon, they must be required by law to PAY for a flag vehicle. Where are the politicians on this issue?
I've been waiting 14 months for TN rep Doug Overbey's phone call to report who has jurisdiction on the Dragon, TN or the fed Park Service? The GSMNP assistant director at Sugarlands HQ in Gatlinburg showed me the new map with US129 now 100% in the National Park and Cherokee Nat Forest, starting at the state line, divided by the centerline. That means THP, BCSO and state courts have no jurisdiction for traffic tickets...
I was at Park HQ gathering discovery to defend myself in fed court for the crime of allegedly "crossing a centerline" on Foothills Pkwy. Fed magistrate and US prosecutor alleged that "no vehicle ever has permission to cross a double centerline", except cops (even without emergency lights and siren as required by TN Code). The ranger didn't turn on his videocam to record my alleged crime (so it would cath him perping his traffic crimes), and deleted all audio from the video during the actual traffic stop. Proecutor alleged that US Code requires a max $5,000 fine and minimum 30 days jail (max 6 months jail) for all traffic tickets... No jury trials are allowed in fed courts.
Rant again: If cops and politicians cared about highway safety, then all cops would be required to be First Responders, carry First Responder medical kits, and carry large fire extinguishers. It costs $500 and 30 days of night school to get certified (no needles required), but Fatherland Security won't pay grants, nor paychecks for First Responders. At least half the cops should be replaced with rescue squads and ambulance crews. It can take Rural Metro Corporation up to 1 hour to reach a crash on the Dragon, which helped kill a rider last year during the Surge.
Now TN cops are being replaced with robocop scameras owned by FOREIGN corporations, that keep 90% to 100% of the gross profit (fascism). You can bet the robocop Nazis will try to install their scameras on the Dragon, since Alcoa is already announcing private robocops for 129 Alcoa Hwy (I'll Kill Ya Hwy).
As for THP tickets and checkpoints for not having a "motorcycle endorsement" on your internal passport, no state MC driver license test mentions Countersteering, and all show defective pictures of bikes steering like cars and trikes. This is because the private Motorcycle Safety Foundation writes all govt MC license tests, and censors Countersteering, in order to extort customers for it's 1,000 private MC schools, run for profit by cops, that do teach CS. "Failure to Countersteer" is the #1 cause of bike crashes in USA, according to US DOT's Hurt Report, and is the #1 cause of crashes on the Dragon. So THP suing tickets for no MC endorsement does nothing for MC safety.
One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result.
end rant

Florida's test (only I've ever taken) has multiple questions (in fact, a good percentage of the entire written portion of the test) which head-on speak about countersteering precisely and properly, not "like cars and trikes". Just a FWIW before you spread this seeming-fact you present.

You noticed the word "all", which I put in there to see if anyone noticed. MSF brags that it used to write all MC license tests, but not a small number (5 or 6?) of state govts actually write their own MC tests (or pay their own private contractors to do it). Florida must be one of them, if what you say is true. You did not write a verbatim quote, with description of images, so you have not yet proven your allegation. I dare you to post the exact text of Florida's MC "license" test.
Here's TN's current "motorcycle license test, that censors the word "countersteering", with confusining words and drawings that show a bike steering like a car or trike:
"To turn, the motorcycle must lean. To lean the motorcycle, press on the handgrip in the direction of the turn. Press left-lean left-go left. Press right-lean right-go right. Higher speeds and or tighter turns require the motorcycle to lean more."
-TN Motorcycle Operator Manual by
Tennessee Department of Safety (THP)
http://www.state.tn.us/safety/graphics/motorcyclemanual.pdf
This is verbatim from the old MSF BasicRidercourse (TM), that has now been upgraded recently, for those who pay MSF extortionists (usually off-duty cops) to attend one of MSF's 1,000 schools.
MSF publishes its Motorcycle Operator Manual, which most licensees are familiar with:
>>>"The original Motorcycle Operator Manual was developed by the National Public Services Research Institute (NPSRI) under contract to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and within the terms of a cooperative agreement between NHTSA and the MSF. The manual and related tests were used in a multi-year study of improved motorcycle operator licensing procedures, conducted by the California Department of Motor Vehicles under contract to NHTSA."
-Tim Buche, President, Motorcycle Safety Foundation
http://www.msf-usa.org/downloads/Library_Motorcycle_Operator_Manual.pdf
The MSF Motorcycle Operation Manual still censors countersteering, despite its revision in 2007, and still shows the defective diagrams of a motorcycle steering like an automobile.
I rest my case.
During my 1-hour interview on WBCR 1470am in Maryville last week, discussing motor vehicle law and our latestest wins in traffic court by Blount County state rep candidate Tona Ball (VoteTona.org), I reported that THP should be stripped of its alleged power to issue so-called MC "licenses", due to deadly incompetence and criminal negligent homicide. Tona Ball not only used me exact tip to win her KPD speeding ticket appeal in Knox County Circuit Court, but got her DL re-instated for free after Knoxville city attorney admitted it was suspended illegally, and she got a letter of apology from the judge, who she filed a complaint against with TN Court of the Judiciary. Tona is a member of National Motorists Association (Motorists.org), those nice folks who repealed the insane 55 mph speed limit, who pay you to win in traffic court.
Here's the latest WBIR TV Police State propaganda this week, showing a Buell rider passing an undercover deputy on the Dragon.

Beware white Ford Explorers illegally driving slowly and refusing to pull off the road to let faster traffic pass legally, as required by TN Code. That Buell rider was so frustrated he passed in a bad spot, with a bike approaching in the next curve. WBIR could have quoted that law that BCSO deputy violated, but WBIR is paid millions of taxdollars to lie to the sheeple every day.
