Weekly Update - October 3, 2007

Welcome back folks! I hope things are going well for you. The weather here has been great, and there's no end in sight. As mentioned last week, we are in a serious drought, so the leaves this year probably won't be a vibrant as they normally are. They're already starting to turn and fall in a few places.

Last weekend was pretty busy, with a refreshing variety of bikes and cars. There were a few serious accidents requiring ambulance rides and a couple of helicopter flights. Y'all please be careful out there, this is a fun area but it requires serious attention and respect or you may get bitten.

This week/weekend is Fontana Bike Week, so come check that out if you can. There may be a few more LEOs around NC keeping an eye on folks during this time. That's about it for now...on to the highlights!
