After.

The guy following had to lock it up so hard he endo'd =(

Y'all please be careful out there, especially if you're carrying precious cargo. Just keep thinking about what it's going to be like to face their family if you hurt them.

OK...had to delete my first comment because looking back at the pic it appears that the passenger "illatrella" may actually just be a child or a young teen. Her comment about the rider "should have just rode through" REALLY struck a nerve with me as it appears he probably didn't have anywhere to go...what with a bike, a rider and a passenger who's flailing about (see pic #2) and possibly some oncoming traffic even. He seems to have successfully avoided causing further harm to both the rider and passenger and probably even himself even though it meant causing damage to his own bike. Hopefully he can use these pics to ensure his bike is repaired at no cost to him.
And miss illatrella.....whoever it is you ride with, make sure it's someone who cares enough about you not to take chances like this with you. Especially since you are not properly geared up.

for aomeone who was not there to witness what happened, u seem to have an awful lot of advise. considering we were already off the road when he came into the corner, if he would have stuck with his line he would have gotten off scratch free.

Either way glad no one was seriouly hurt or worse. Thats what matters!

well perhaps you should have given the details when you made what seemed to be such a crude statement....you wouldn't have come off sounding so flippant about the whole situation.
Hope you weren't hurt too seriously Illatrella. Please do get some gear and be very careful about who's bike you climb on the back seat of. Once you're on the back, you have absolutely no control, so you're literally putting your life in someone hands.
Be safe!

Well spoken 'vixen. Some people just don't get it. I think it's the whole "entitlement" mentality. Everyone else has to wory about them, they don't have a care in the world.

regardless, maybe you shouldn't have been so quick to place the blame on the chick... coulda asked first... anyway it's nice to actually SEE a pass wear at least a jacket... i see too many with only a helmet and a t or something less...

Jeff,

No Jeff, I don't think you're far off. There are simply too many of us.

So I've learned from this that it's a bummer that all Jeff's are entitled to wear their gear when riding straight through a blue and yellow paint job. Right?
