Hard Drive Recovery Status

Good news for those of US waiting for the photos on the hard drive that died. The data was recovered successfully and we got the photos back Monday from the recovery center. We are working as fast as we can to get the affected orders shipped out as quickly as possible.

We appreciate everyone who was patient and understanding in this matter, and hope you enjoy the photos!

You don't have a RAID1 setup?

Thanks for the update. Even though I had no idea you was having problems... LOL

Just out of curiousity, what happens when your counter hits 10 million? Will it roll over? Looks like there's only 7 digits there? Does the extra digit come from somewhere else? Do you go back to zero? Can the data recovery center "recovery" the previous 9,999,999 hits? What if they can't? Of course, this could be another concern like the Y2K plague and not amount to anything. I don't know if RAID will help with either the hard drive or counter problem though....? Just don't get it...

Just a little fun! ;) Congrats on the hits/success and data recovery, I'm sure that was a scare.

Hey Sean,

We sent emails out to all of the affected customers, but that doesn't always get through. You can call us (number is on the front page of the store) but it was basically all shots from August 21st to September 10th.
