It looks alot like a bike made by U. M. a Korean company. A local dealership in OKC is selling an entire line of this companies bikes.

It's a Korean made Hyosung GV650 (also sold by UM Company as a UM mumbledymumbleish).

More of a sport cruiser than a true 'cruiser'. 70hp or so at the crank. It's a high revving 650 that makes it's peak power at 9,000rpm. The motor was designed by the same engineers who designed the SV650 motor.

Hyosung built motors for Suzuki for 18 years with the relationship ending in the late '90s when the owner of HJC helmets became the President of Hyosung Motors USA.

These folks are serious about getting involved with the US market.
Watch for them.

In fact, I encourage you to go ride one of the GT650R bikes at a Hyosung or UM dealer. Great handling - a little coarse in the engine dept. but plenty of oomph and priced about $1500 less than a comparably equipped SV650.
