this car was ALL OVER the road... crossing the double yellow on blind turns constantly... When the lady driving slowed @ the overlook to let us by, we pulled next to her & nicely asked her to stay in her lane b/c she could kill somebody... but all she had to say was "I KNOW how to drive"...
...& here, across the yellow in heavy fog... ...go figure...
