James here takes one for the team to show why you don't stop mid-corner for a semi. He was trying to back up before getting run over by the rear axles and the bike started to fall over on him so he bailed.

OK, I'll fire the first shot.

Get ya some of that good trucking company insurance. Go ahead and take them to court for some pain and suffering while you are at it. They will settle.

Someone needs to make an example out of this guy.

What an @ss hat.

if they can ban trucks passing through my city except for deliveries... They can ban trucks on the GAP. There's no reason at all they should be allowed on there. This is one instance where the police need to be out more and just ticket every trucker for crossing into the other lane

I live in Va and get down there when I can. I will say that we have certain mountains that it is forbidden(illegal) for trucks to pass through, I am also a truck driver so I have to deal with this but agree that it is all about safety. I do agree with the person up a bit that said they should look into doing the same on this road, that is making it illegal for trucks to use unless it is a tandem(similar to just the tractor part of the truck).
