That's as safe as you can expext a Hrley to be. At least it isn't trailing oil.
Just kidding. It looks to me like he made an effort to ensure his kids safety and i don't know his bike. The kickstand might have looked like that from the factory. He aint doin any knee draggin on a sportster anyway.
