The local papers are running articles about the turnout for the first scheduled release last Saturday. They say that over 500 boaters hit the water. This online article pretty well sums it up. The next release is next Saturday, October 1, then the final for the year will be November 2. (Wednesday) The schedule for next year is online here.

I have not been able to get the tail of the dragon website lately.
is it still operational or is Ron & Nancy having technical problems with the site.
Here lately and just now, I have not had any problems connecting to their site.
