Weekly Update - June 30, 2011

50 races, hail, flood, and some decent weather too...all kinds of good highlights.

This weekend is July 4th, so I'm sure it'll be busy out.  Swing by Wheeler's to help him celebrate his 10 year anniversary with free food and drinks!  Fireworks Monday night at 10pm at Fontana Village too.

Then the rains came.

It even hailed a little.

It occurred to me that I had never eaten a piece of hail before...

...it tasted like ice.

My little spot got flooded too.

Of course the resort gets extra popular at times like this.

Waterfalls were popping up in places where there normally aren't any.

Does not play well with others.
