Weekly Update - August 25th, 2010
As always, shots from the last seven years are up in Our Store here, and be sure to check out the recent additions to the area scenery/wall art selections. Below are some of the highlights from last week.

Not a lot to report, typical weekend last. Sweltering heat has been easing up and making it quite comfortable out there, with a nice breeze at times. Nothing on the local calendar for this weekend, but the MotoGP race is at Indy, so enjoy that for those who are attending.
Also a quick note to those of you in/around Asheville, NC - The Ride for Kids is this Sunday at Biltmore Square Mall. Join up for a good cause if you can.
And next weekend, Sept. 4-5, Wheeler will be hosting an open Swap Meet at his shop along with the usual holiday celebration/cookout. Bring your parts/gear/bikes for sale, or swing by to check out all the stuff that's up for sale on the cheap!

The message on the tail of the right one says "Protect your junk"...I concur. Although I try to love all y'all, riding 2/3 abreast like this on a twisty road with lots of blind turns is dangerous unless you're going downhill at least. We came up behind some of you guys in the car going uphill at 5mph 2-wide and was just waiting for someone to cream my rear bumper as we rounded blind turns waiting for a safe opportunity to pass...which is technically illegal. There were no pull-offs for quite a ways in the direction we were traveling. Share the road works both ways.

Practically took the tops off the trees. Freaky because you couldn't hear it until the last second, than all of a sudden "Whooosh!"
