Don't try to read the map & ride at the same time.
lose of concentration? Or just poor skills/abilities? Why try to straighten out one of the sweetest roads around. If you like to do this crap go to track day.
I think the unfortunate reality is that many people who come to the gap from other places don't quite get it and will cut the corners on the left handers.
ahamay0_0 if the road was closed and you were making a run where you knew there was no traffic, would you cross the lines?
xtr. 129 isn't a closed course. It's challeging road that requires riders, drivers to give it 100% focus. Look at all the mishaps from people lane crossing. I agree that they're alot of people that come to the gap and don't quite get it. People cross the line everywhere not just the Gap. It sucks to have it immortalized on the web and get called out for it. Problem is people ride the Gap if it is a closed course when it's not.
