This was just painful...even with traffic coming the other way, they were driving 15mph in the wrong lane as bikes and cars had to squeeze by. Once, a small group of Mustangs came by from the other direction, and this...person I was following here just stopped in the road. They could not proceed forward without having that other lane to drive in I suppose.

He / she is clearly an idiot... but given the ride, a Honda SUV, the driver is unlikely to ever visit KB and learn of our lack of respect for his driving "skills." If you know the driver you could hammer him... but it probably won't make any difference. Idiots are idiots.
If you can't drive it, don't buy it! It's WAY more fun to run through in your own lane....28 times now....
They suffer from something I call SRD (Spatial Relations Disorder). Not being able to gauge where the right flank should be so they drive way over the other way.
