I reserve the right to be wrong myslef.
Riders stature looks small to me. Could be the big old bat-wing fairing and pic angle.
I also figured better wrong this way than wrong by saying guy if rider was a gal!
Must be camera angle. He looks a lot bigger from the side.

I'm not a gal, 5'11 and 200 pounds so it's possibly the camera angle.
It's not a cop uniform but a semi-high-visability motorcycle jacket with matching pants.
(shoulder, elbow, knee and hip protectors) which are kind of normal in Europe (where I'm from)
I'm with ya vegan, one piece of my gear is a custom all-yellow Vanson leather police-type jacket. Bitchin' back-protector, shoulder, elbow/fore-arm paddage and Vanson textile pants w/knee, and fleece/kevlar-lined Dragginjeans w/knee (all CE) when it dips below 50 farenheit. Plus I wear Full dragginjeans Kevlar Long-johns as base-layer/last-line of defense!
Then ya got your Sidi boots, Shoei full faces, etc!
Love it or Hate it, a lot more of the un-dead spot me!
