Valkyries are Cruisers!

Ok the 21,000 shots from Honda Hoot are uploading to Tha Store right now. That is a LOT of digging, and we try to split things up and make it as simple as we can for you guys. If you plan on finding your picture in there, you might want to keep a couple of things in mind...

There are probably multiple photo sets for each pass you make. With more than one of us shooting most of the time, the photos get sorted by Photoreflect by image number. So all of one photographer's photos will be displayed, then when you get to the end of his day's shots, it will begin showing the other photographers shots from the beginning of his day.

Also, in an attempt to keep things uniform, I try to classify the motorcycle types by what they are at heart. For instance, Valkyries are considered cruisers before putting on the saddlebags, windscreens, etc., so I just put all Valkyries in the "Cruiser" category. So for a rundown:

Cars = Pretty much everything 4-wheeled and also bikes on trailers.
Cruisers = All Harleys, Valkyries, Star-series, etc.
Sportbikes = Ninjas, CBRs, etc, and Cafe Racers
Touring Bikes = Goldwings, STs, Nearly all BMWs (minus that boulevard cruiser model which I consider a Cruiser, and the new K1200S which I consider a Sportbike)

Finally, you should know that you can adjust the number of images displayed per page down near the bottom. I suggest something like "5 Across" and "20 Down" so it will show 100 per page.

Ok so good luck finding yourself! Here are some highlights from the week...
(PS. Click on the title of this post for a cool link)

Well it was Honda Hoot and there were Wind Dings everywhere, none quite as talked about as Rick here.

Another damn yellow Goldwing.

Let's play "Dodge the Turkey"!

It's okay if you don't wave y'all, really. =P (and please don't be offended if we don't wave back...these cameras take both hands, and sometimes I wish I had a third)

Owie owie owie!

That's a lot of pointy stuff to be riding nekkid. ;)

Excellent riding guys.

Damn tailgaters! =)

H. R. Geiger inspired paint scheme

That is the sickest Dodge Stealth I've ever seen. Very nice!

Awesome! Thanks guys.

Sometimes sportbikes need to let the cruisers by too.

Strike a pose!

About a dozen sidecars came through. The "Monkeys" (passengers) leaning to the side trying to help were quite a sight.

Mohawk? Check. Huge flag? Check. Ahh-oogah horn? Check.

Awesome paint!

Dawg in a box

Clean Chevelle!

The perfect man?

D'oh!

"Ehhhh" (I wonder if the driver knows someone is on the back of his bike...maybe it's a ghost that only shows up on camera)

Crazy hot rod Valkyrie.

Spotted! Most people never even knew I was there.

I jumped down in the creek to get this funky angle.

"Mastiff"? Never heard of that one.

Nice reflection of light from the road on the Beemer

An Indian with an Indian paint scheme

AKA "The Tail of the Dragon"

Ride your sportbike in total comfort.

This one looks so long for some reason.

"Hey Bob, you think these curves will ever end?" "I hope not Fred!"

Smooth Rune

My boy Tyler in good form

Peek-a-boo

Hot sparkie action!

ST at full lean

Now there's a Brain Bucket, complete with pre-exposed brain.

Almost looks like Burlwood, but it's a flame job with a face between the headlights.

I shot a little on the Cherohala Skyway Wednesday. It's really tough to shoot up there and capture all of the beauty while still staying tight on the subject. Not to mention there is just not much traffic up there. These guys were having a blast though.

Mustang on the Skyway.

There were a LOT of trikes. This one has a duck theme I believe.

Corvette Trike?

Another crazy trike...would look really smooth without the hard luggage thing up there.

"I wonder if he's turning around..."

It's the Helmet-Pod - A revolutionary camera stabilization system.

Think she was enjoying it?

Well now, I guess that thing was a handful.

Hot flame job on the V-Rod

That's a pretty sweet rail buggy...room for 4 and street oriented. There were several railers from the Tri-State Buggy Club.

*sigh*
